XL YinYang Yoga – Winter Stillness

An extended Yin and Yang practice for the winter season, working with the Kidney and Bladder meridians to restore rather than deplete. Open to all levels.

Sun 29 Nov13:00–15:00Room 3 – Moon€32

Winter is not a season to push through. It’s a season to conserve.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter belongs to the Kidney and Bladder meridians — the Water element, home to our deepest reserves of energy, willpower, and vitality. This is the season the body asks us to slow down, go inward, and protect our energy rather than spend it.

The practice

This XL YinYang Workshop is an extended practice blending Yin and Yang yoga with meridian awareness, working through the Kidney and Bladder pathways to help you restore rather than deplete — long, supported holds, grounding breathwork, and space to simply be still.

Who it’s for

A practice for anyone feeling stretched thin as the year winds down. Open to all levels. Spots are limited.
