4-week course · Fridays 8-29 Jan

The weeks and months after birth are a time of profound change.

As you care for your baby, your body, emotions, identity, and daily rhythms are adjusting too. This gentle 4-week journey offers a supportive space for both mother and baby during the postpartum season.

Through Birthlight Postnatal Yoga, restorative movement, relaxation and connection, we support recovery after birth while creating space to reconnect with yourself and your baby.

Together we explore

  • Postnatal recovery and body realignment
  • Pelvic floor and core reconnection
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Posture support for feeding, lifting, and carrying your baby
  • Easing back, neck, and shoulder tension
  • Emotional grounding during early motherhood
  • Bonding and movement with your baby
  • Rebuilding strength with softness and confidence

The course begins with Birthlight Postpartum Recovery Practices and gradually progresses according to the needs of the group.
